There are many steps as the house is on a hillside. The walk from the public dock and steps require physical fitness, especially if carrying items.

Water is not unlimited on the island. There is plenty for needs, some for wants, and none for waste. We practice basic island water conservation rules. Ask us for more information if needed.

Max occupancy: Main house 10. Boat house loft 2.
