The main house has three separate bedrooms, two private rooms with queen beds, and a bunk room with two queens and two XL singles, a bathroom and a nearby outhouse.
There is a 3-night minimum stay.
House: $699/night, $125 cleaning fee per stay
Boat house: $100/night additional

Additional space in the top level of the boat house is available if you need more space. Bedroom/office combination.
There is additional sleeping space available if needed. The Boat house loft is a cozy room that could not be more peaceful or scenic. This space is on the dock and is over the water, with water on three sides.

Policies
No smoking. No pets. $500 damage deposit. Cancellation: 100% refund with 31 days notice.

Guests provide their own food and meals.
There are many steps as the house is on a hillside. The walk from the public dock and steps require physical fitness, especially if carrying items.
There is sufficient water but not enough to waste. We practice basic island water conservation rules.
